Downloading Youtube Videos without software!

I was gonna let this one go since it falls just outside our scope, but I think this is a great find for anyone who ever wanted to download Youtube videos, as you don’t need to install any software at all! Just bookmark a page, and load the bookmark when you need it.

Steps and explanatory video follow:

How?

Visit this URL: http://www.nothingbutpc.com/?p=34

About halfway down the page there is a link that reads “Download MP4 Youtube Vids

Firefox users: Right-click on link > Bookmark this link. Click Done.
Internet Explorer users: Right-click on link > Add to Favorites. Click OK

And that’s basically it!

Don’t believe me? Try it out!

Test It!

Visit Youtube.

Load a video you’d like to download, and select your new bookmark (“Download MP4 Youtube Vids” bookmark).

The page will reload and a new link will appear under the usual “Embed” options on the right side of the video reading “Download as MP4″. Click, Save, enjoy!
